Oregon AAPI Food + Wine
Oregon AAPI Food + Wine was founded in 2023 by Lois Cho of CHO Wines with the mission to celebrate the Asian American Pacific Islander individuals that make the Oregon food and wine landscape diverse and delicious. Our mission is simple: advancing diversity and breaking stereotypes while eating and drinking a lot of good food and wine along the way. The inaugural event will be held on May 20 and 21, 2023 in Willamette Valley Wine country, bringing in ten talented chefs from Portland and pairing their delectable dishes with wines from five AAPI owned wineries. We have applied for 501(c)(3) non-profit status and all revenue will be used toward funding the event and supporting organizations with similar values.

SOLD OUT - CLOSED AT THE CART - We’ll be taking over the MWL kitchen to serve a 6 course dinner, showcasing a unique blend of Filipino and American cuisines. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a cocktail or spirit, hand selected by MWL Spirit Curator and Education Manager, Brett Adams.
